TOOL AND PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT


Each product is developed using the latest 3D CAD systems (CATIA V5, CATIA V6, MOLD FLOW, SIMULATION). Whether large-scale series or small batch productions, our many years of experience in manufacturing enable us to implement your ideas quickly and reliably.

To ensure that every production process operates as smoothly as possible, our tool design is implemented only by selected toolmakers and in close cooperation with our in-house experts.

In order always to maintain our quality standards, all tools and product moulds are maintained and serviced by qualified personnel and modern equipment.

On request we provide you with information about delivery, manufacturing status or product stocks. You can exchange data with us via EDI. Just-in-time processing is standard practice for us.
